Stree 2 box office collection Day 18: Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor’s film set to cross Rs 700 cr mark worldwide, breaks Baahubali 2’s record

Stree 2 is also competing with Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan, the highest-grossing film of 2023. While Jawan crossed the Rs 500 crore mark within 18 days of its release, it has also reached the same benchmark, although this includes the revenue from paid previews.

On a global scale, Stree 2’s collections stand at Rs 688.25 crore. Directed by Amar Kaushik, the film has enjoyed a smooth run so far without facing significant competition. However, it was expected to face some heat from Kangana Ranaut’s Emergency, which was scheduled for release on September 6 but has been postponed due to delays in receiving clearance from the CBFC. Stree 2 will face new competition from Vijay’s GOAT, which is set to release on September 5.
