The Pathaan-Tiger meta world came alive on Sunday at Maharashtra chief minister Eknath Shinde’s house. Fans were excited to see Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan reuniting after months. The two superstars were in attendance at the CM’s Ganpati celebrations. While SRK came along with his manager Pooja Dadlani, Salman was accompanied by sister Arpita Khan and her husband Aayush Sharma.

Videos of the Karan Arjun actors soon went viral on social media as fans rejoiced at the real-life reunion. Shah Rukh Khan actor was dressed in a blue kurta and white pathani salwar while Salman opted for maroon kurta and black pyjamas. He also sported his latest cropped hairstyle and was seen wearing a religious yellow stole around his neck. The two stars posed together for pictures with the CM and his family.

Fans were excited to see them together as they dropped comments on a paprazzo’s account. “Karan Arjun wapas aagaye, Rakhi ji ko bata do,” “Yeh toh Tiger vs Pathaan yehi hogaya,” “Yeh toh best reunion hogaya.” Many also pointed out how Salman and SRK were caught in an awkward hug situation. As Salman stepped ahead to hug SRK, he turned around to hug Aayush, while holding Salman’s hand.

In another video, Shah Rukh Khan was seen greeting Jackie Shroff, who was also present at the Ganpati celebration. The two shared a hug, as SRK planted a kiss on his cheeks and were seen animatedly catching up.

Other celebrities like Arjun Rampal, Asha Bhosle, Boney Kapoor, Rupali Ganguly and Rashami Desai were also seen at the celebrations at Eknath Shinde’s house. Shah Rukh was later also spotted at the T-Series office seeking blessings of Ganpati. As readers would remember, he had recently also visited the popular Lalbaugcha Raja along with his son AbRam.

 

 

Shah Rukh Khan- Salman Khan’s next projects

SRK’s latest release Jawan has been breaking numerous records at the box office ever since it was released on September 7. The film crossed Rs 1000 crore today, making him the only actor to have two back-to-back Rs 1000 cr films. Pathaan, which was released earlier this year had closed its collection at Rs 1050 crore. The actor will next be seen in Rajkumaar Hirani’s Dunki, which would hit cinema halls in December.

Apart from Tiger 3 release in Diwali, Salman Khan is also ready for Bigg Boss 17 which will premiere on October 15. The promos of the latest season were dropped on Saturday giving a hint of the theme this year. As per reports, BB17 will see a mix of couples and singles getting locked in the house. As their relationships and equations are put to the test, some will be given special privileges. “Dil, dimaag aur dum ka hoga ye game but ye game nahi hoga sabke liye same to same (This is a game of the heart, mind and strength, but it would not be the same for everyone),” the tagline declared in the promo.
