Shah Rukh Khan, Aishwarya Rai’s ‘Josh’ completes 15 years, trends on Twitter

'Josh', starring Shah Rukh and Aishwarya, was released in 2000 and completes 15 years today.

Mansoor Khan’s romantic action crime film, ‘Josh’ starring Shah Rukh Khan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is fondly remembered even after all these years. The film which was released in 2000, completes 15 years today and the Twitterati have spared no time in making it trend with the hashtag ‘15YearsOfJosh’.

Set in Goa, ‘Josh’ was a crime-based film in two gangs with Shah Rukh Khan playing the leader of one, while Sharad Kapoor led the other. Aishwarya was seen as Shirley, Shah Rukh’s sister, who was paired romantically opposite Chandrachur Singh.

The musical score of the film was also well received. ‘Apun Bola Tu Meri Laila’, which was sung by Shah Rukh himself became quite popular at the time.

SRK also took to Twitter to remember the film, posting a Michael Jackson Vs Shah Rukh Khan video.
