Satish Kaushik’s manager reveals actor’s last words, said he wanted to live for his daughter

The manager informed that even though they reached the hospital in a few minutes, the actor had lost consciousness while on the way. Santosh shared the actor had told him he wanted to live for his daughter Vanshika and that they should take care of her and his wife. “He said ‘Mujhe Vanshika ke liye jeena hai. Shashi aur Vanshika ka khayyal rakhna’.”

Santosh Rai, who has been with Satish Kaushik for 34 years, also spoke about the actor’s wife. He stated that when he initially told her that Kaushik was serious, she did not want to believe it. Later, he informed his family members and also Anupam Kher, who was a close friend of Satish Kaushik. “Anupam ji and Boney Kapoor ji rushed to Satish ji’s residence and they were there in just a few minutes. They stayed on till the next day,” he said.

Rai said that after Shashi Kaushik (actor’s wife) was told about the actor’s death, she called him up and was ‘confused and shattered’ and asked him many questions. He also informed that while the deceased actor had no heart ailments, he had ‘asthma, high blood pressure and diabetes’.
