Sara Ali Khan and Vicky Kaushal, who are set to star in Zara Hatke Zara Bachke, have formed quite an off-screen friendship. As the two young stars traveled for their film’s promotions, fans were in for a treat to see their candid conversations and fun videos. In a recent interview, Sara and Vicky got an opportunity to ask some fun questions to each other, and their replies are a treat for their fans.

Sara revealed that she first saw Vicky in Masaan and when the latter asked about her first impression of him, she said, “That you are very very tall.” Her reply left the Sardar Udham Singh unimpressed as he said his sabziwala also calls him tall. Sara then said that the two look like ‘rishtedars’. Vicky laughed saying that she would keep saying the same thing even when they were doing romantic scenes.

The interview shot by IMDb also had Vicky Kaushal sharing that Lagaan is his ‘all-time favourite film’. He also confessed that he wants to do a sports-based film, where he can play an athlete. “I also want to do something, like Atul Kulkarni sir did in a Marathi film recently. He played a theatre artist and would cross-dress. I want to do that kind of a film where I get the opportunity to change myself and see a new world,” he added.

Sara Ali Khan, on her part, shared that she was really inspired by Dum Laga Ke Haisha, and felt like it was ‘her own story’. The film, as readers would know featured Bhumi Pednekar as an overweight girl, who faces all turbulence and finds love through the course of the film.

Vicky Kaushal also shared how he had shot a commercial with Laxman Utekar years back, and it was ‘fantastic’ to be directed by him in Zara Hatke Zara Bachke. On a final note when Vicky asked Sara about her choice between nuclear and joint family, she smiled, “Meri family to nuclear se bhi nuclear hai, it’s just my mummy jaan.”

Zara Hatke Zara Bachke will hit cinema halls on June 2.
