Bajrangi Bhaijaan, which won several hearts and received widespread critical acclaim upon its release on 17 July, 2015, is celebrating its ninth anniversary today. The film went on to become one of the highest-grossing Indian film with a collection of Rs 969 crore worldwide. It was made on a budget of Rs 75 crore. On its anniversary, the makers of the National Award-winning film dropped a Behind The Scene (BTS) video, sharing a glimpse of what went behind shooting the comedy-drama, starring Salman Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Harshaali Malhotra in the lead roles. On Wednesday, the official Instagram handle of Salman Khan's production house- SKFilmsOfficial-which co-produced the film along with Rockline Venkatesh and Kabir Khan-shared a video from nine years ago, taking us all down memory lane with BTS moments of Bajrangi Bhaijaan and "the crazy fun that happened before the action and after the cut." In the video, Salman Khan can be seen sharing some light moments with his co-star Kareena Kapoor. The actor was also seen laughing between the shots, making the entire crew burst into laughter while shooting an intense scene. There were also glimpses of Harshaali Malhotra along with film's director Kabir Khan. The two were seen sharing some fun moments together behind the camera. The video also features a glimpse of Kareena and Salman shooting for the "Chicken Song", "Aaj Ki Party" and "Selfie Le Le Re". Recently, in an interview with Connect Cine, Kabir Khan shared an update about film's sequel and said, "If you ask me if there's any script ready, then no. There are ideas and have many interesting ways of taking Bajrangi Bhaijaan forward." He further said, while the first film revolved around Munni, the second film could possibly be about the adventures of Bajrangi (Pavan) and Chand Nawab, played by Salman and Nawazuddin Siddiqui, respectively.
