Salman Khan interrupts interviewer when asked if he had any role in Pathaan’s success: ‘Can’t take the credit away from Shah Rukh Khan’

Bollywood actor Salman Khan, who will be seen on Rajat Sharma’s Aap Ki Adalat, had a cameo in Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan which has now become the highest grossing film in the Hindi film industry. Salman was asked by the host about those who credited him for Pathaan’s success but Salman humbly said that he had no role to play in making the film a big hit.

Even before the host could finish his question about Salman being responsible for Pathaan’s success, the actor said, “Bilkul nahi, bilkul nahi sir. Yeh credit Shah Rukh Khan se koi cheen nahi sakta, Aditya Chopra se koi cheen nahi sakta. Shah Rukh ne bohot accha kaam kiya hai. Yeh sab fans, Shah Rukh ki film dekhne ke liye taras rahe the aur ek right time, right mauke pe yeh film aayi. I think it is the biggest hit of the Hindi film industry (Nobody can take the credit away from Shah Rukh Khan and Aditya Chopra. Shah Rukh has done a really good job. His fans were waiting to watch his film and the it came at a right time)

Helmed by Siddharth Anand, Pathaan was released in January 2023 and earned over Rs 1000 crore globally.  Salman had a special appearance in the film, and his scene with Shah Rukh became a fan favorite, receiving widespread love. He appeared as his character from the Tiger movies. Now, his upcoming film Tiger 3 will have a cameo by Shah Rukh Khan.

As for Salman, he was recently seen in Farhad Samji’s multi-starrer film Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, which is still in the theatres.
