Rithvik recently turned down the offer to host the upcoming reality show ‘Indian Idol Junior’ with girlfriend Asha Negi. Instead, he chose to host Ekta Kapoor’s upcoming show ‘Nach Baliye’ with Karan Patel.

Remember the cute couple Arjun and Purvi from the hit television show ‘Pavitra Rishta’? TV’s real life couple Rithvik Dhanjani and Asha Negi. Fans had been wanting to see them together onscreen again but will have to wait for a while.

Karan Patel, who is also famous as Raman Bhalla from the show ‘Ye Hai Mohabbatein’, will be seen stepping in the shoes of a host for the fist time with this show.

It so happened that Rithvik had auditioned for ‘Nach Baliye’ and when he didn’t get a call, he auditioned for another show ‘Junior Indian Idol’, which he had to host with Asha. Later when Ekta finalised him along with Karan, and called him, the actor couldn’t say no to Ekta.

But there is some good news for the fans of this lovely couple. As a treat for them, the couple, who won last season will be performing at the opening ceremony of ‘Nach Baliye’.
