The video, from Tuesday evening, shows the star wife at Mumbai airport interacting with paparazzi. While speaking to them, she prayed for Dharmendra’s good health and said, “Punjabi kabhi haar nahi maante (Punjabis never give up).”
In the clip, Sunita can be heard saying in Hindi, “Govinda went to meet him yesterday, but I wasn’t in Mumbai. He is our family’s favourite actor—our He-Man. I have been praying for his speedy recovery.” She added, “My only wish is to hear some good news. I will also go to see him soon. He will recover fully—Punjabis never give up.”

While Dharmendra was fortunately discharged earlier today, to the relief of his fans, Govinda himself has now been hospitalised. According to reports, the actor was rushed to CritiCare Hospital in Juhu in the early hours of November 12 after he lost consciousness at his Mumbai residence—just a day after visiting Dharmendra at Breach Candy Hospital.
His secretary, Shashi Sinha told SCREEN , “This happened around 10 pm, after which he was taken to CritiCare Hospital.” He added that a neurologist will examine Govinda to determine the cause of the episode, though it remains unclear how long he will be under observation.
Govinda’s associate and legal adviser, Lalit Bindal, further revealed, “He felt a little dizzy and then his head got heavy, so we got him admitted to get checked by a neurologist. They are checking him, the doctor is yet to come. Sir is feeling better he is resting, there is nothing to worry. We just wanted to be sure why he felt dizzy. Since its neurological doctor advised him to get admitted. His daughter Tina is with him, others were out.”
Interestingly, Govinda was admitted to the same hospital last year after accidentally shooting himself in the leg with his licensed revolver.
Sunita Ahuja is yet to react to the news of Govinda’s sudden hospitalisation.
