Pratik Gandhi, Divyenndu, Avinash Tiwary unite for Kunal Kemmu’s comic caper Mudgaon Express. Watch teaser
Madgaon Express is the directorial debut of Kunal Kemmu. The film will be released in cinemas on March 22.

Pratik Gandhi, Divyenndu and Avinash Tiwary have joined the cast of actor-turned-director Kunal Kemmu‘s debut film Madgaon Express. The film, billed as a comedy entertainer, is backed by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani’s Excel Entertainement.
Kunal, along with the makers, on Friday, shared the teaser on social media and wrote, “Buckle up for #MadgaonExpress, a wild journey through the multiverse of madness.”

The film’s teaser teases the three actors, otherwise known for their portrayal of serious roles, stepping into comic territory. We see Pratik being introduced as “the the wolf of Dalal Street” Harshad Mehta of Scam 1992, Divyenndu is seen as “the prince of Mirzapur” Munna of Mirzapur, and Avinash Tiwary as “the Bambai ka badshah”, the daring Dara of Bambai Meri Jaan.
In the video we then see the three actors giving a sneak peek into their quirky Madgaon Express characters, as Divyenndu is introduced as Dodo, Pratik as Pinku and Avinash as Ayush. The film also stars Nora Fatehi, Upendra Limaye and Chhaya Kadam in pivotal roles.
According to the film’s synopsis, Madgaon Express follows the journey of three childhood friends who embark on a trip to Goa that goes completely off-track. Kunal’s debut film is backed by Excel Entertainment, the production house that have backed films like Fukrey, Rock On, and Don. Along with the cast announcement, the makers have also revealed that the trailer of the film will be released on March 5.
Taglined “Bachpan ke sapne…. lag gaye apne,” Madgaon Express is written and directed by Kunal Kemmu, and is all set to hit theatres on March 22.
