When the actor sat down with indianexpress.com to chat about his career, he spoke about the power of validation coming to his loved ones. “The vibe is really good. When people around you are doing well in their lives and doing what they love and always imagined to be, when they start getting that validation, it is extremely special. Sunny Kaushal is the newest entrant in Phir Aayi Hasseen Dillruba, a sequel to the 2021 thriller starring Taapsee Pannu and Vikrant Massey. Directed by Jayprad Desai, the film will release on Netflix on August 9. “The truth is, I am ashamed I still haven’t watched the film,” Sunny said about the first instalment of Haseen Dillruba. “I have promised them that before the second part releases, I am going to finish it. I have watched it partially, till the time Vikrant’s character is docile, I am yet to watch his flip side. But it helped me approach the film in a different way, because my character has no idea where these two come from,” he added.
