Having said that, it is the security team’s job to ensure the actor’s safety. Yusuf Ibrahim, who is a well known security consultant, has provided security to many A-list celebs, including Shah Rukh Khan, Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan, and Ananya Panday. In an interview recently, he revealed that he shares a great rapport with the paps and they are quite cooperative whenever requested not to snap stars after partying.
During a conversation with Zoom on their YouTube channel, Yusuf shared that he has a great rapport with the paps. “The time when I started my security work, all these popular paparazzi were doing ground work at that time. We all used to work together only. Now, they have become big but we have a certain comfort level with each other,” he said.

The security consultant further added, “If I need help and I am backstage, I call them directly to tell their teams who are on the fields to follow my instruction and cooperate with me once I come out with the star. This way works for both of us. They get their pictures and I am able to my work for security concerns. So, we have a mutual understanding.”
When asked how he handles the situation when actors come out in a high spirit after partying, he replied, “Paps are doing their jobs. They have to get something and give it to the public, they make money out of it. We do our work of securing them and getting them seated in the car safely, which we manage easily. When we request them to stay away a bit and not capture certain things, they cooperate with us, there’s no problem in that.”
Meanwhile, in an interview with Siddharth Kannan earlier, Yusuf Ibrahim recalled an incident where Shah Rukh Khan rebuked a fan for trying to take a selfie with him without permission. He shared, “The media often looks for moments they can catch and make viral. But stars are human too. When someone suddenly barges in for a photo, especially when they might have a different mindset at the time, it’s not acceptable. Fans need to maintain boundaries and show respect. Instead of rushing in with a phone, they should politely ask if a photo is possible.”
