Pak musician Haniya Aslam, who worked with AR Rahman in Highway, dies after suffering a cardiac arrest; music partner Zeb Bangash confirms

Zeb-Haniya have created a few memorable songs for Coke Studio Pakistan, and their song “Chal Diye” has been quite a huge hit. As per reports, Haniya was born in Karachi, she studied in the US and UK and completed her Audio Engineering Diploma from Canada. In one of her past interviews, Haniya mentioned how her collaboration with Zeb in 2001 for the song Chup went viral. Zeb and Haniya have traveled the world and also worked with various renowned artists including AR Rahman for Highway’s song “Sooha Saaha”.
