Paresh Rawal has confirmed that the sequel of 'OMG - Oh My God!' is very much and the shoot is slated to start by June-July.

After partnering with Akshay Kumar and Mithun Chakraborty in the 2012 movie ‘Oh My God!’, Paresh Rawal is all set for the sequel of the movie which will again feature the trio.

The veteran actor took to Twitter to share the good news with his fans.

OMG – Oh My God! was a hit and was acclaimed critically for its different take on religion and spirituality. Even the 2014 movie ‘PK’ starring Aamir Khan and Anushka Sharma was said to be inspired from ‘OMG!’, which director Rajkumar Hirani outrightly denied.

Whether or not ‘OMG!’ will have a sequel was under wraps since long. Rumour had it that the sequel, which was earlier planned, was shelved due to various issues. But now, Paresh Rawal has confirmed that the sequel is very much on and the shoot is slated to start by June-July.

Paresh Rawal will soon be seen in the upcoming movie ‘Dharam Sankat Mein’ co-starring Naseeruddin Shah as a man in an identity crisis due to his religion.
