New dad Sidharth Malhotra visits Tirumala temple for the first time with Janhvi Kapoor, wears traditional veshti

Ahead of Param Sundari's release, Sidharth Malhotra accompanied Janhvi Kapoor to the Tirumala temple in Andhra Pradesh.

New dad Sidharth Malhotra recently visited the Tirumala temple in Andhra Pradesh, accompanied by his Param Sundari co-star Janhvi Kapoor, who is a frequent visitor. The occasion was special for both actors; it marked Sidharth’s first visit to the temple, while for Janhvi, the visit coincided with her mother’s birth anniversary.

Sidharth shared a video from his visit on Instagram, addressing his fans. In the clip, he says, “Hi guys, currently we are heading towards the Tirupati temple.” Janhvi corrects him, “Towards Tirumala.” Sidharth then adds, “This is my first visit, and my Sundari has brought me here.” To this, Janhvi shares, “I have brought Param here to give him an authentic South Indian experience.”

Siddharth also thanked his fans for showing love on the film’s trailer and songs.

He concluded his video, saying, “Thank you so much for all the love. And we will see you guys at the movies and theatres on August 29.”

Another video of Sidharth Malhotra and Janhvi Kapoor from their temple visit has surfaced online. In the clip, the actors are seen in traditional South Indian attire, adhering to the temple’s dress code. Janhvi wore a half-saree for the occasion, while Sidharth opted for a veshti paired with a kurta.

Following in the vein of Chennai Express and 2 States, Param Sundari offers a North-meets-South love story set against Kerala’s lush, scenic landscapes.

Previously, speaking about her character from Param Sundari , Janhvi Kapoor shared in a statement: “Sundari is deeply personal to me. Her grace, quiet strength, and love for her roots resonate with my own South Indian heritage. Shooting in Kerala, surrounded by such beauty, I felt an emotional connection to her world that I hope the audience will feel too.”
