Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s estranged wife Aaliya says she has found happiness again: ‘Don’t I have the right to be happy?’

Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s estranged wife Aaliya recently penned a note on Instagram about finding happiness again in life. She posted a picture of herself with an unidentified man and wrote about moving out of a relationship she treasured for a long time in her life. Aaliya and Nawazuddin are currently undergoing the divorce procedure and are living separately.

Taking to her Instagram account, Aaliya shared a happy picture of herself with an unnamed man and captioned it, “It has taken over 19 years to get out of the relationship that I treasured. But in my life, my children’s are my priority, they were always and they will be. However, there are few relationships that are bigger than and beyond friendship, and this relationship is the same relationship and I am very happy about the same.”

Aaliya further asked people on Instagram, “Don’t I have the right to be happy?”

As she shared an update about her life, Aaliya got showered with best wishes. One of the Instagram users commented on her post saying, “Very happy for you. wishing you best of luck for the future.” Another added, “So happy for you.” One of them also wrote, “Happy for you … Happy life ahead ❤️ stay blessed.”

In an earlier interview with indianexpress.com, Aaliya had opened up about her divorce from Nawazuddin. She said, “No, the divorce is not official yet. The court has asked us to solve our problems mutually as it is the matter of our children’s lives. The court has been extremely supportive, they are doing everything to help our family. The judge has also taken a good decision where they have told our children that they can stay wherever they feel comfortable, whether it is Dubai or in India. The court has asked to mutually resolve it.”

After the court’s order, Aaliya claimed she has no issues with the actor now as he has ‘solved some things’ and she and her children are happily settled in Dubai.
