Hrithik Roshan-starrer Mohenjo Daro is finally out as is the social media verdict on it. Directed by Ashutosh Gowariker, the period drama marks the Bollywood debut of Pooja Hegde opposite Hrithik. The fans who were waiting to see their Kaho Naa Pyar Hai actor and his performance have only praise for him. Every superstar needs a hit to remain a superstar and if social media is the touchstone to go by, Hrithik has one on his hands.
Mohenjo Daro is crucial for Hrithik and its director Ashutosh Gowariker. The film, a period drama, has a number of challenges to meet. Historical inaccuracies may be an issue to reckon with.
Going by Mohenjo Daro social media review, the fans have come up with applause for the actor’s performance. Many said Hrithik and Mohenjo Daro are both winners while a few were impressed with the entry sequence of Hrithik in the film.
“Music & vibrant sets hold the empowering factor amidst the extensively researched script. #HrithikRoshan shines! #MohenJoDaro,” read a tweet by Zoran Saher while Prakash Aaraj called the film “awesome”.
Mohenjo Daro is Hrithik’s first release in almost two years. On this the actor said, “I’m curious, not nervous or anxious. I guess because there is enough experience behind me which has taught me a few good things about failure and success. And that true success is actually enjoying your experience doing what you love. Mohenjo Daro is already a victory as I have spent my days well on it.”
Well it depends how the film will do in its collections but seems to have won hearts for sure.
For Hrithik, Mohenjo Daro is already a winner. He believes “success” lies in enjoying doing what you love and in that sense, the Ashutosh Gowariker directorial has been enriching for him.
