Talking about his wedding, Arjun Mathur told Hindustan Times , “Tiya and I have been as good as married for many years now, and it was simply time for us to solemnise. We were extremely fortunate to be able to keep it as small and intimate as we wanted. We believe that intimacy is beautiful, as long as it stays private. Once public, it becomes something else, which we have all seen enough of in recent times.”

He added, “We had a beautiful ceremony, and are extremely grateful for every wish and blessing. We would like very much to maintain our privacy as we celebrate our togetherness at this joyous time.”

Sharing the photo, Arjun Mathur wrote, “T & A – 09.10.2024.” His caption was accompanied by hearts and infinity emojis. As soon as the actor posted the wedding photo, actor Sonam Bajwa and Oscar winning filmmaker Karitiki Gonsalves congratulated the couple. The Elephant Whisperer director wrote, “Congratulations to you and T and a wonderful life ahead! So happy for both of you.” Meanwhile, mom-to-be Sonam commented: “Congratulations both of you.” Actor Cyrus Sahukar too congratulated the couple and wrote, “Loads of love and blessings to you two gorgeous people.”
