Lara Dutta, who is active on Twitter, took to the micro-blogging site to set the record straight on the matter.

Actress Lara Dutt has cautioned her fans, friends and followers to be aware of a fake Facebook account in her name.

The 37-year-old former Miss Universe, who is active on Twitter, took to the micro-blogging site to set the record straight on the matter.

“I am not on Facebook. Please do not accept any requests from accounts claiming to be me. All are fake,” she wrote.

The actress is getting good response for her performance as a translator in her latest “Singh is Bliing” starring Akshay Kumar and Amy Jackson.

Lara, who is married to Indian Tennis star Mahesh Bhupati and has daughter Saira with him, was seen on screen after a sabbatical of two years.
