‘Khamoshiyan’ fares better than ‘Hawaizaada’, ‘Rahasya’

‘Khamoshiyan’, starring Gurmeet Choudhary, Sapna Pabbi and Ali Fazal, raked in Rs.4.13 crore in two days, read a statement.
The film has been made on a budget of Rs.11 crore (including marketing) and the makers – Fox Star Studios and Vishesh Films – have already collected Rs.7.5 crore from satellite and music rights.
Distributor Rajesh Thadani says the Ayushmann Khurrana-starrer ‘Hawaizaada’, which is set in colonial India, earned only Rs.60 lakh.
“‘Rahasya’ collected less than Rs.25 lakh,” Thadani said.
