Katrina Kaif says Vicky Kaushal’s parents Sham and Veena have raised ‘most incredible children’, calls Vicky and Sunny ‘grounded, well-balanced’

Being an actor herself, Katrina looks forward to watching Vicky’s films. “Just as an actor, I am excited to watch what he does in his movies, because he is so versatile and this has nothing to do with me being his wife. As his wife, I pull his leg all the time,” added Katrina.

Vicky Kaushal was recently seen in the biographical drama Sam Bahadur where he delivered a towering performance as India’s first field marshal Sam Manekshaw. Though the film didn’t become a blockbuster hit, Vicky was praised for his performance. The actor will be next seen in Chhaava, for which he has been training hard.

During her interview, Katrina also spoke about marrying into a Punjabi family. She said, “It’s two big families coming together. His parents have raised the most incredible children. Both Vicky and Sunny are just so grounded, well-balanced, incredible young people with their principles in place.”

Vicky and Katrina tied the knot on December 9, 2021. They had grand but intimate celebrations in Rajasthan. While Katrina and Vicky’s close family members and friends were present at the wedding, they didn’t invite many colleagues from the Hindi film industry. Even before their marriage, they kept their relationship hidden from the public eye.
