Actors Kartik Aaryan and Triptii Dimri turned showstoppers for ace fashion designer Manish Malhotra at the Namo Bharat event, which recently which took place in Mumbai. Hina was about to trip as she came to greet Kartik Aaryan on the stage.
In a clip shared online, Hina Khan was seen moving forward to hug Kartik when she suddenly lost her balance and almost fell. Kartik Aaryan moved forward to catch the actor. Hina has had a busy calendar as she honours her personal commitments amidst her ongoing breast cancer treatment. Hina has been winning hearts with her willpower.

Hina’s fans have been showering love on the actor as she is fulfilling all her commitments despite her battle with stage three breast cancer.
Hina has been aiming to “normalise” the challenges as a breast cancer survivor. Just a few days back she was seen at another ramp walk in a bridal look. Meanwhile, Hina was recently awarded with the Inspirational Personality Of the Year award at an event.
