Kapil Sharma shares if latest season of his show is ending in June: ‘We have to go to the US for live tour’
The Kapil Sharma Show, currently in its fourth season, is speculated to come to a close in June.

Is the ongoing season of The Kapil Sharma Show coming to an end in the next two months? Popular comedian and host Kapil Sharma says nothing is clear as of yet and a final call will be taken about the comedy series in sometime.
The Kapil Sharma Show, currently in its fourth season, was speculated to come to a close in June. But Kapil told ETimes that a timeline isn’t in place yet to determine the season’s final airing date.
“It is not finalised yet. We have to go to the USA for our live tour in July and we will see what to do around that time. Having said that, even that’s too far,” he said about the show which airs on Sony TV.
The Kapil Sharma Show began in 2016. The show’s fourth season started airing from September last year, with Archana Puran Singh reprising her role as the guest judge.
A source had earlier told indianexpress.com, “Seasonal breaks have actually worked for the show giving us a chance to stir up things in terms of content and cast. Also, comedy is a tough genre and actors need a break so that monotony doesn’t set in. Everyone can return refreshed and we can experiment with a different format and some new characters.” They had also said that the team is likely to wrap the shoot in May, and the last episode of the season will air in June.
On the work front, Kapil was recently seen on the big screen in Zwigato, which opened to rave reviews. Directed by Nandita Das, Zwigato featured Kapil Sharma essaying the role of a food delivery rider. The film focused on the predicament of the lives of the food delivery executives and how they work round the clock to make ends meet.
