John Abraham dodges question on his marriage, Anil Kapoor says the actor is happily married

Though the actor had in earlier press interactions said that all was well between him and his wife, who is currently in US.

John and Anil were joined by their co-star Shruti Haasan, who was pretty in black skirt and white top.

Actor Anil Kapoor, who is reprising his role of Majnu bhai in Welcome Back, was smart in brown shirt , trousers and black shades.

When Anil was asked about his favourite role amongst all the roles he has done in his 37 year long career, the veteran actor said: “I have been very lucky in getting all good roles until now and it would be very difficult to name one favourite character as there are many. I got a chance to work in really good movie with good actresses, so there are many roles that I liked playing.”

Anil Kapoor, who will soon be starting work on the second season of his hit Tv serial ’24’, has worked in films like ‘1942 a love story’, ‘Mr India’, Ram Lakhan’to namer a few.

Anil Kapoor is working with John for the third time after ‘Shootout At Wadala and ‘Race 2’ and the actor said they are very good friends now.

“This is my third film with John, we have been good friends now and developed a nice relationship with each other. Since, we were running late, we did not change our clothes and didn’t eat anything and wore no make up and came directly for the conference. First and foremost thing for an actor is his work and I respect that,” added Anil Kapoor.

Talking about the hardships the movie had to face while shooting, Anil Kapoor said: “We had to face a lot of hurdles while making the movie and are still facing them. The movie is releasing with grave difficulties, there were a lot of hindrances, but we said that the show must go on. We will be very happy for the producers, especially Feroz A. Nadiadwala. We were in Ahmedabad for the promotions of the movie, and there was a lot of stress there. Many people asked up not to go there, but we were firm on our decision and said that we would release the film in the city so that the people will get some relief from the tension.”

Welcome Back also starring Nana Patekar, Dimple Kapadia, Paresh Rawal and Naseeruddin Shah is releasing on Friday (September 4).
