Janhvi Kapoor says mom Sridevi started ‘fighting like a North Indian’ with Boney Kapoor: ‘He converted, started having idli sambar instead of parathas’

While Boney hails from a Punjabi family, Sridevi had her roots in Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu. Janhvi humorously shared how they picked up each other’s habits during their marriage. “Papa had already converted. He would have idli sambar for breakfast instead of aloo parathas. By the end of it, Mom started fighting like a North Indian,” Janhvi said.

Naturally, the promo wouldn’t be complete without a glimpse of the sketches by Krushna Abhishek, Kiku Sharda, and Sunil Grover. Krushna and Kiku are seen in costumes resembling the characters from the blockbuster Baahubali, while Sunil Grover hilariously portrays celebrated filmmaker SS Rajamouli, earning roars of laughter from the audience with their gags.

Toward the end of the clip, Jr NTR jokingly complains about Janhvi, revealing how he treated her to fantastic food while shooting in Hyderabad, yet she hasn’t returned the favour. “I’ve been in Mumbai for a day, but not even a morsel has come my way,” he says.
