Jackie Shroff shares video of ambulance stuck in Mumbai traffic, slams commuters for lacking sense: ‘Raaste pe hi dum tod dega’

Veteran actor Jackie Shroff took to Instagram today to share a video in which he is seen stuck in heavy Mumbai traffic alongside an ambulance. In the clip, the visibly frustrated actor highlights the dire consequences of traffic congestion. Pointing to the ambulance, he says, “Raaste pe hie dum tod dega” (He will die on the way) Expressing his anger at the lack of road discipline, he adds, “Toh road banana chahiye ya inn log ko samajha chahiye, aage driver log ko. Magar itna khopdi kidhar hai” (The drivers ahead should understand and make way. But where is the sense?)

The video quickly gained attention, with actor Ananya Panday liking the reel shared by the veteran star. Jackie Shroff was last seen in Tanvi The Great and Housefull 5. He will next appear in Tu Meri Main Tera, which also stars Kartik Aaryan and Ananya Panday in lead roles. In a recent interview with journalist Vickey Lalwani, Jackie Shroff reflected on working with Shah Rukh Khan during the early years of SRK’s career, particularly during King Uncle. Speaking candidly, he said: “He always had an ‘akelapan’ (a sense of loneliness). He’s a great guy… very deep. As happy as he looks, he’s equally lonely. He’s a king after all. Go to the top of a mountain, you’ll see, he came from the bottom, and today, he’s holding the peak. And he’s carried himself like a true king.”
