Ira Khan wedding: Bride and groom do handstand and push-ups ahead of big day; Ira posts adorable picture with brother Junaid Khan

Ira Khan and Nupur Shikhare are currently in Udaipur wit their family and friends. The couple registered their marriage on January 3 and will have a traditional ceremony on January 8.

Aamir Khan’s daughter Ira Khan, registered her marriage with longtime boyfriend Nupur Shikhare on January 3 and is all set to get married in a traditional Maharashtrian style in Udaipur on January 8. She, along with Aamir, his son Azad, Reena Dutta and Nupur, has reached Udaipur.

Ira took to her Instagram account and shared several pictures and videos from the wedding venue. Ira posted a video in which her sister Zayn Marie was seen grooving to some Rajasthani beats. Nupur was seen singing and vibing with friends and family.

But amid the hectic schedule and all the festivities, the bride and the groom didn’t miss out on their fitness routine. Ira shared multiple photos from her workout session in Udaipur with Nupur and her other friends. She wrote, “Can it be our wedding without a bunch of workouts?” She also shared a beautiful picture of herself and wrote, “Because we’re playing dress-up all week.”

Ira and Nupur registered their marriage on January 3 in Mumbai. Instead of coming on a horse, Nupur ran to his wedding venue. The couple’s mehendi ceremony was hosted by Salman Khan. An official ceremony was also held where the couple exchanged wedding vows.

Ira gave a glimpse of her special day on social media. She shared pictures with her cousin Zayn Marie and also posted an adorable picture with her brother Junaid Khan. she captioned it, “We finally have a picture together.”

Ira and Junaid are Aamir’s children from his first marriage to Reena Dutta. She is a mental health advocate who has been vocal about her struggles with depression; Nupur is a fitness trainer.

Nupur and Ira will reportedly host a wedding reception in Mumbai on January 13th. Who’s who of Bollywood including Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan are expected to make an appearance.
