Inside Chunky Panday’s home with a private garden, special sunroof corner and bar area: ‘This is where we play games,’ says Farah Khan

Farah Khan began her vlog by taking viewers through the entrance and living spaces while waiting for Chunky Panday to arrive. “Let me show you his beautiful house. This is Chunky and Bhavana’s home. This painting here is made by some not-so-famous painter,” she quipped.

One of the walls features a caricature of Chunky himself. Farah laughed as she pointed to it: “This is Chunky Panday, and this is his beautiful wall.”

Moving on, Farah showed the dining area, playfully teasing her friend: “This is the table where we come and sit, but Chunky never feeds us.”

The house’s interiors strike a balance between comfort and quirk, white walls set against bold artwork, cozy sofas for lounging, and playful touches like zebra-print tiles that instantly catch the eye.

The highlight, however, is a dedicated sunroof space. Designed with glass walls and doors, the area allows natural light to flood in, making it the perfect spot for relaxation. “This is Chunky’s beautiful sunroof,” Farah explained. “We play games here,” she added.

The tour continued into Chunky Panday’s lush garden, a green pocket that feels worlds away from Mumbai’s bustle. With tall plants, shaded corners, and open space, it adds a tranquil, jungle-like charm to the Bandra home.

Farah Khan joked with Dilip as they walked around: “Look at this! Have you ever seen a jungle like this in Bandra?” When Dilip replied no, she teased, “In that case, why don’t you stay back here?”

Finally, standing in one corner of the garden, Farah Khan quipped, “Dilip, let’s get some fresh air because Chunky won’t be feeding us anything anyway.” To which Dilip responded with a smile: “This place is so breezy.”
