I would wish Amitabh Bachchan personally on his birthday: Deepika Padukone

“I think relationships are personal thing and I would like to wish Amit-ji personally,” Deepika Padukone said when asked her to give her birthday wishes for Amitabh Bachchan.

Actress Deepika Padukone says she would personally wish the megastar Amitabh Bachchan on his birthday tomorrow.

“I would like to wish him personally. I don’t like to wish people like this (in public). I think relationships are personal thing and I would like to wish Amit-ji personally,” Deepika told reporters at an event when asked her to give her birthday wishes for Bachchan.

Bachchan would be turning 73 tomorrow.

One can recollect that all was not well between “Piku” co-stars Bachchan and Deepika after the “Ram Leela” actress did not invite Big B for the success party of “Piku”.

Earlier, in June this year, when Big B was asked about Deepika’s apology for not inviting him, he had said “Jo beet gayi so baat gayi.”
