The multifaceted star is also a renowned filmmaker, who has directed films like “Dil Chahta Hai”, “Lakshya”, “Don” and “Don 2”.

On the acting front, Farhan will next be seen on the silver screen as an ATS officer in Bejoy Nambiar’s upcoming film “Wazir”.

“The performance is what holds the film for the viewers and if you are a strong performer, that can take it to another level. For me, that is something which has always been fascinating,” Farhan said about his fascination with acting.

“Wazir” also features Amitabh Bachchan, John Abraham, Neil Nitin Mukesh and Aditi Rao Hydari in key roles.

The film co-produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra and is set to hit the screens on January 8 next year.
