Happy with Salman Khan’s acquittal, don’t want him to go through what I did: Sanjay Dutt

Sanjay Dutt today rubbished reports suggesting his friendship with Salman Khan having gone sour.

Sanjay Dutt today rubbished reports suggesting his friendship with Salman Khan having gone sour. Calling him his younger brother, Sanjay expressed his happiness at Salman’s acquittal by the Rajasthan High Court in the 1998 black buck poaching case.

When asked if he had called Salman after the Kick actor was acquitted by the High Court, Sanjay said, “I called him to wish. I feel happy for him. I don’t want Salman or anyone else to go through what I did. Somewhere justice prevailed. I am happy it happened.”

Addressing the media on the eve of his birthday, Sanjay also went ahead to clarify that he is still friends with Salman.

“He is my younger brother. He has always been will always be. God has given him all the grace and great success in life. l request everyone to not make it an issue. He is busy and so am I. We can’t meet daily. We met in Madrid(during IIFA). No one wrote about it. There is no fight. No one fights with your brother,” clarified Sanjay.
