Fukrey 3 continued to hold steady at the box office as it entered its second weekend, with the film's India collection nearing the Rs 70 crore mark. On it's ninth day, the film minted Rs 2.20 crore, according to market tracker Sacnilk. The total collection of the film now stands at Rs 68.32 crores. Fukrey 3 had an overall 18.23% Hindi Occupancy on Friday. The film has collected Rs 86.50 crores globally. Directed by Mrigdeep Singh Lamba, this third installment of the popular franchise stars Pankaj Tripathi, Richa Chadha, Pulkit Samrat, Manjot Singh, and Varun Sharma in pivotal roles. The film made an impressive debut with Rs 8 crore, despite the Jawan craze. Positive word of mouth has contributed to the film's success, and on its first Sunday, it minted Rs 15 crore. The Nana Patekar-starrer debuted with Rs 85 lakh and minted approximately Rs 8.50 crore after one week. This week, there were three new releases. Akshay Kumar’s Mission Raniganj debuted with Rs 2.80 crore, Bhumi Pednekar's ensemble comedy Thank You for Coming minted Rs 80 lakhs, and Sunny Deol’s son Rajveer Deol’s debut film Dono tanked with just Rs 35 lakh. Fukrey 3 is produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani's Excel Entertainment. Ali Fazal, who had a pivotal role in the first two films, made a cameo appearance in the film. The Indian Express' Alaka Sahani gave Fukrey 3 two stars. A part of the review read, “Fukrey stays true to its slapstick tone that draws heavily from scatological humour. Is it lazy writing, taking the easy route to tickle the funny-bone?”
