Crew, starring Kareena Kapoor Khan, Tabu and Kriti Sanon, is a heist comedy directed by Rajesh Krishnan. The film will be released in theatres on March 29.

After a super-fun teaser, the makers of Crew, starring Kareena Kapoor Khan, Tabu and Kriti Sanon, dropped the film’s trailer on Saturday. Directed by filmmaker Rajesh Krishnan, the film is scheduled to release on March 29. The three stars play three disgruntled flight attendants, fed up with unpaid dues, dead-end jobs, and zero hope for the future. But one day, they discover kilos of gold bars strapped on a passed out passenger’s body, and they do what feels right to them: they steal the gold bars and begin living the high life.

The trailer introduces the fun dynamic between the three characters, who go on a globe-trotting adventure after coming into money. But very soon, they learn that the authorities are onto them. A customs officer played by Diljit Dosanjh shows up, while another character, played by Kapil Sharma, hints at possible jail time for the trio of protagonists. The trailer also features several humorous set-pieces

Kareena is quite excited for this all girls’ Crew’s release on the big screen. She recently interacted with her fans and spoke about the film. She said, “It’s a very fun light-hearted film to watch. I think after Laal Singh Chadda and Jaane Jaan, this is the film that all my fans will really really enjoy. The Bebo that they want to see, the Bebo they love.”

Talking about the film, Kriti previously told indianexpress.com, “It is a quirky fun film. It has got a lot to do with the camaraderie of these three women. It is very well written; it is very funny and has a thrill element to it as well. Obviously because Rhea is attached to it, it is going to look very good. Rajesh’s Lootcase was so fresh and funny. I am looking forward to finally getting to work with women who I have admired as actors, just play off them and have a good time.”

Along with the stellar cast, Crew also will also star Anil Kapoor, Diljit Dosanjh and Kapil Sharma in special roles. Produced by Ekta Kapoor and Rhea Kapoor, the film is set to hit theatres on March 29.
