That’s Kangana Ranaut for you. The actress who has been called bitch on many occasions than one by the patriarchal males of B-town prefers to see the positive side of the word. “Bitch for me is baby in total control of herself,” said Kangana Ranaut at Barkha Dutt’s book launch.

The actress gave her opinion on a variety of topics including the male dominated Bollywood, where actors never age but actresses do. Talking about the prevailing male mentality in Bollywood, Kangana said, “Overtly ambitious women are looked down upon. They will make you feel that way. Men make us lose our identity. It is a trap. When a man says you are not 16 don’t hate it. We need to love ourselves. When I played real woman, people loved it. Whether my character in Queen is 27 or 37, no one would have bothered but but film industry doesn’t want to feel that way.” (Read: Vidya Balan, Kangana Ranaut have made us braver: Sugandha Garg)
