The making of the Jawan song Zinda Banda, where Shah Rukh Khan is seen rehearsing for the electrifying dance number, was recently released by the makers of the film.

Jawan song Zinda Banda picturised on Shah Rukh Khan was released by the makers last month. Recently, they unveiled the making of the song where Shah Rukh is seen rehearsing for the electrifying dance number.

The video opens with choreographer Shobi Paulraj teaching the dance steps to the background dancers and then instructing Shah Rukh on his dance steps and his walk during the song. The actor is also seen practising hard to ace his steps and following the instructions of the film’s director Atlee. At one point, Atlee also expresses gratitude towards SRK as he says, “Sir, thank you for giving me a lifetime moment.” The actor gives the director a big hug.

A portion of the video also shows how SRK learnt the Tamil lyrics of the song.

“Zinda Banda” is composed by acclaimed composer-singer Anirudh Ravichander, who is making his Bollywood debut with Jawan. The song’s lyrics are penned by Irshad Kamil. It also features actors Priyamani and Sanya Malhotra.

Recently, a fan of Shah Rukh expressed his opinion on “Zinda Banda”. He wrote on Twitter, “Sir jee ye Zinda Banda song aap me bilkul suit nahi kiya. Next song kab aayegi. #AskSrk.” Shah Rukh, known for his wit, didn’t get offended and replied to him in his peculiar style. He wrote, “Sorry, buddy. The next song will be tailor-made for you! You can take care of the pajamas… #Jawan.”

Jawan’s prevue was released on July 11 giving fans a glimpse of Shah Rukh Khan’s dual role in the film. The movie boasts of an ensemble cast comprising talents like Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, Priyamani, Sanya Malhotra, Ridhi Dogra, and Sunil Grover, among others. Additionally, the film features a special cameo appearance by Deepika Padukone. It will release in theatres on September 7.
