Actor Athiya Shetty has shared what many have assumed to be a sly comment on her cricketer husband KL Rahul and his Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) owner Sanjeev Goenka engaging in a viral animated conversation. The duo was captured in what seemed to be a heated exchange, where an animated Sanjeev Goenka is conversing with KL Rahul, who remains calm.

The calmness, which many noted on social media, was something users picked from Athiya’s Instagram story when she posted a picture on the app on Monday, linking the image directly to the IPL incident which had went viral a few days ago.

The stunning picture showed sunshine through thick clouds, falling on the sea. Athiya captioned the image, “The calm after the storm.” The picture was presumably clicked in Mumbai, where a dust storm hit the city on Monday.

The KL Rahul-Sanjeev Goenka heated discussion happened after LSG’s heavy defeat against the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) on May 8, their biggest setback of the 2024 IPL season. The video, whic soon went viral, was criticised by many as they believed the situation could have been dealt with more grace.

KL Rahul and Athiya Shetty tied the knot in January 2023, after years of dating.
