In one-of-a-kind initiative, Madame Tussauds unveiled the first-ever interactive wax statue of actor Anushka Sharma at the Singapore wax museum today. Anushka's life-like figure holds a phone personally inviting visitors to snap a selfie with her, which can be digitally shared with friends and family. This is the first ever wax statue in the Singapore museum with this unique feature. Anushka's wax figurine has been placed in the IIFA Awards Experience segment of the wax museum where you can re-live the glamour of the Bollywood awards ceremony. Other B-town celebrities who find a place in this portion of the museum include Shah Rukh Khan and Amitabh Bachchan. Her upcoming film Zero, alongside Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif, has been directed by Aanand L Rai. The 30-year-old actor plays a NASA scientist with cerebral palsy, Aafia Bhinder. The big ticket film is slated for a Christmas release this year, arriving on December 21.
