Amitabh Bachchan’s emotional tribute to father on his birth anniversary

Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan paid an emotional tribute to his poet father Harivansh Rai Bachchan on his birth anniversary today (November 27,2013). Remembering his father’s love and poetry,Big B said,“My Father born in 1907 .. in remembrance and will and love and poetry .. in writing in philosophy,in the truths of life in words .. In the upbringing of values and trust .. in the teachings of the common and ordinary,but yet so profound ..”

Further talking about Harivansh Rai Bachchan’s wealth of knowledge,Big B said,“In the presence of his aura,his wealth of knowledge and his writing … in the presence of every pursuit of life in my life … reflected through shadows albeit,but trusted and valued ..”

Big B sitting in his father’s room of work,concluded his tribute by saying,“In his command and his strictures … in his beliefs .. in his prayers and his pertinence of them .. in his silences and his quiet resolve … in his learned self … in his contributions still employed … In his room of his work … in his feelings for the day and that of many .. in his determination and will … and mostly in his being …My Father … !!”
