Amitabh Bachchan is extremely supportive on his son Abhishek Bachchan’s career and often encourages him on social media. Big B always shares kind words about Abhishek’s performances and likes to share clips from his interviews, with a note of encouragement for his son. In a recent social media post, Big B shared a clip from one of Abhishek’s recent interviews where he spoke about the “merit of resilience” over “instant gratification.” But when one of his followers wrote that Abhishek should speak in Hindi instead of English, Amitabh called out the fan’s language.

In the clip, Abhishek spoke about taking up I Want To Talk because it spoke about resilience. Sharing it on X, Amitabh commented, “Profound and filled with merit .. your humanity and your departure from any vanity as an actor in I WANT TO TALK , is what makes you superior!! God’s blessings, grandparents’ blessings, love from the whole family. Good always results in good and you are very good. (sic)”

Soon after Amitabh shared this, one of his followers requested Abhishek to talk in Hindi because they don’t understand English well. “Sir please ask Junior Bachchan to talk in Hindi. I don’t understand English very well,” they wrote in Hindi but used the English alphabet while doing so. When Amitabh saw this comment, he responded in Hindi using Devnagri and wrote, “Wow! What a point of view! Amazing! You ask him to talk in Hindi but you ask writing in English alphabet.”
