Amitabh Bachchan posts pictures of temple at Jalsa days after visiting Ayodhya Ram Mandir for the second time. See images

Amitabh Bachchan is also reportedly building a home in the ‘global spiritual capital’ Ayodhya after buying 10,000 square feet of land for Rs 14.5 crore.

The megastar is praying. Amitabh Bachchan on Monday posted pictures from his house Jalsa, where he was seen praying at a temple built inside his Juhu residence. This comes days after he visited the Ayodhya Ram temple for the second time recently. He was also present at the temple’s inauguration on January 22.

In his latest blog post, the screen icon posted several pictures of the temple, and in a few of those he was also seen offering prayers. Several idols, along with bells, lamps and flower petals are seen in the beautifully done temple.

Earlier, after his recent visit to Ayodhya, Amitabh Bachchan had written in his blog, “A travel to the God’s again .. Ayodhya .. and back by the late evening .. sublime , serene , and filled with the reverence that divinity has ever instilled in us all.”

During his second visit, Bachchan had offered jewelry at the temple, as he celebrated the opening of the 250th store of a jewelry brand he’s the brand ambassador of and was joined by several local dignitaries.

Bachchan, along with his son Abhishek and other Bollywood personalities such as Madhuri Dixit, Chiranjeevi, Rohit Shetty, Vicky Kaushal, Katrina Kaif, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Ram Charan attended the temple’s inauguration ceremony on January 22.
