Amitabh Bachchan pens note in Pamela Chopra’s memory, visits her home with Abhishek, Aishwarya: ‘They all leave us’
Amitabh Bachchan, along with son Abhishek Bachchan and daughter-in-law Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, visited the Chopra residence on Thursday after Pamela Chopra's death.

Amitabh Bachchan, who had a long association with late filmmaker Yash Chopra, was overwhelmed with emotion on the news of Pamela Chopra’s death. Bachchan took to his blog on Thursday night and wrote about the “pleasant times” that he had spent with the Chopras.
Amitabh Bachchan has been recovering from a rib injury for the last few weeks and Thursday happened to be his first day back at work. The actor shared about the same on his blog. He shared that he was in the middle of his first day back when the news of Pamela Chopra’s demise reached him. He wrote that with the sudden news “life comes to a standstill.”
“So much to have spent with her and the film making and the music sittings and the outdoors and the homely get togethers .. all gone in a breath .. And one by one they all leave us .. All left with the pleasant times spent ..” he shared on his blog.
Amitabh Bachchan visited the Chopra residence on Thursday with son Abhishek Bachchan and daughter-in-law Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, and shared, “And after this ordeal of the first day .. a quick visit to Yash ji’s home and meeting the family and reliving all those years of the past .. life is so unpredictable and tough ..”
The Bachchan family was clicked by photographers during their visit.

Pamela Chopra passed away in Mumbai at 74. She was admitted to hospital with pneumonia-related complications. Amitabh Bachchan and Yash Chopra have worked in a number of films together and shared a close friendship.
