Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan’s kabaddi team Jaipur Pink Panthers faced their first match against U MUMBA in the Pro Kabaddi League at the NSCI Stadium in Mumbai on Saturday (July 26). Abhishek Bachchan was joined by his wife Aishwarya, parents Amitabh and Jaya Bachchan, co-stars Shah Rukh and Aamir, and ace cricketer Sachin Tendulkar.

Aamir Khan, who also enjoyed the event, said, “It is very exciting to watch the game. I used to play in my childhood and I am seeing it after a long time and enjoying it. It is an amazing game and it is totally Indian.”
Apart from his parents and wife, Abhishek’s sister Shweta and niece Navya Naveli also flew down to Mumbai to support the actor.
Big B revealed on his blog, “Shweta and Navya to give support and cheer to Abhishek’s Kabaddi team. When the family is all in, there is a sense of the world being complete.”
Farah, who is directing Abhishek Bachchan in his upcoming Shah Rukh Khan starrer ‘Happy New year’, also attended the match.
“Thank you Abhishek for inviting us to the Pro Kabaddi opening!! What a fun we had!!” she wrote on Twitter.
Meanwhile, Abhishek’s team lost its maiden match to U MUMBA team. However, the actor’s spirit remain unbent as Junior Bachchan posted on Twitter.
Amitabh Bachchan, who had a good time at the game also tweeted, “We lost. No sweat! great atmosphere, and great turn out.”
