Tom Hiddleston played Jonathan Pine in the British show The Night Manager. The show’s Hindi adaptation featured Aditya Roy Kapur and Anil Kapoor in the lead roles.

Actor Aditya Roy Kapur on Friday shared screenshots of his video call with Hollywood actor Tom Hiddleston, who played the lead role in the British show The Night Manager. The two actors interacted after a special screening of the Hindi adaptation of The Night Manager in London. Hiddleston and the original series’ show runner and writer David Farr attended the screening. The Hindi adaptation’s directors Sandeep Modi and Priyanka Ghose were also present at the event.
In the screenshot, Kapur and Hiddleston are seen smiling as they discussed the show. The Gumraah actor captioned the post, “The OG Night Manager watched our show yesterday! He had some kind words to say. Bas aur kya chahiye.”

The Hindi adaptation of The Night Manager opened to positive reviews. In her review, The Indian Express film critic Shubhra Gupta wrote, “Will audiences even be interested in returning to the series in three months? Who knows? Especially if they have access to the original as well. But assessed independently, the Indian Night Manager is just about efficient enough to overlook its demand of an early check-out.”
The Hindi adaptation has been split into two parts. The audience is currently awaiting the second season, which will release in June.
