Adah Sharma confirms moving into Sushant Singh Rajput’s house, has given it a makeover: ‘I have painted it white, turned a floor into mandir’
The house, in Bandra, was previously rented by Sushant Singh Rajput and was empty since the time he was found hanging in his room in June 2020.

Reports of The Kerala Story star Adah Sharma moving in to the former residence of late Sushant Singh Rajput in Bandra surfaced online. Now, months later, the actress finally opened up about the same and confirmed moving into the house four months ago with her mother and grandmother. The house, which was closed for three years, has finally found its tenant in Adah Sharma, who has taken it for five years.
In an interview with the Bombay Times, Adah Sharma said she has moved into the flat (Mont Blanc Apartments, Bandra) four months ago. However, as she was busy promoting her projects, including Bastar and the OTT release of The Kerala Story. After that, she travelled some time at the elephant sanctuary in Mathura. It’s only recently that she got some time off and has finally settled in.

Adah who has lived all her life in the same house in Pali Hill has moved out for the first time. She said, “I am very sensitive to vibes, and this place gives me positive ones. Our homes in Kerala and Mumbai have been surrounded by trees and we used to feed birds and squirrels. So, I wanted a home with a view and ample space to feed birds.”
Adah also talked about the makeover she has given to her new house. According to Bombay Times, the actress has painted her entire flat white and has converted the first floor into a mandir and one room on the top floor into a music room. She has also converted one of the rooms in the apartment to a dance studio. Her terrace has been changed to a garden where she has placed all her plants from her previous home.
The home was previously rented by Sushant Singh Rajput, who was found hanging in his room in June 2020. Ever since, the house was empty with no tenants. The MS Dhoni: The Untold Story star had rented the house back in December 2019 for Rs 4.5 lakh per month. It is a duplex and spans over 3,600 sq ft, with a huge hall sprawling across the lower floor, while it has three bedrooms on the top floor.
