Action directors behind Inception, Baahubali 2 and Avengers unite for Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan
Six action directors from across the globe got together to design action sequences of Shah Rukh Khan-starrer Jawan. The film will hit theatres on September 7.

As fans eagerly wait for Shah Rukh Khan-starrer Jawan to hit theatres, an exciting revelation about the film has recently surfaced. It is revealed that the action thriller boasts an unprecedented collaboration involving six renowned action directors from across the globe. This dynamic team includes Spiro Razatos, Yannick Ben, Craig Macrae, Kecha Khamphakdee, Sunil Rodrigues, and Anal Arasu.
One prominent member of this international ensemble is Spiro Razatos, renowned for his outstanding contributions to Hollywood blockbusters such as The Fast and the Furious, Captain America, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, among others. Razatos was also a part of Shah Rukh Khan’s 2011 venture Ra One, where the actor was seen performing many gravity-defying stunts.
Yannick Ben, another key figure within the action directors’ collective, has crafted action sequences for acclaimed films like Transporter 3, Dunkirk, and Inception, as well as popular Telugu and Hindi releases like Raees and Tiger Zinda Hai. Meanwhile, the involvement of Craig Macrae, celebrated for his creative vision behind movies like Mad Max: Fury Road and Avengers: Age of Ultron, further elevates the team’s stature.
Adding to the illustrious lineup is Kecha Khamphakdee, a recipient of the National Film Award, known for his impactful contributions to Baahubali 2: The Conclusion. Sunil Rodrigues and Anal Arasu have left their mark on mesmerising action sequences in hits like Shershaah, Sooryavanshi, Sultan, and Kick.
Jawan will showcase Shah Rukh Khan in a captivating double role. The film’s craze is such that its advance booking has been opened in UAE, US, Germany, Australia three weeks before release. The movie, directed by Atlee, will hit theatres on September 7. It will be released in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
