Wbchse.wb.gov.in, West Bengal Board HS 12th Result 2025 (Link Active): How can I download my Uchch Madhyamik result?

This year, 4,73,919 students appeared for their WBCHSE Higher Secondary exam; of them, 4,30,286 have passed, resulting in a pass percentage of 90.79%, a slight increase from last year’s 90%.

The WBCHSE Higher Secondary (HS) marksheet displays the marks obtained by students in each subject. It’s important to note that the online scorecard is provisional. Students are required to collect their original marksheets from their respective schools. The digital scorecard will include key details such as the student’s name, roll number, date of birth, and subject-wise marks, among other information.

Over 5.09 lakh candidates appeared for the West Bengal HS examinations, of which majority of them are girls. The board exams were scheduled from March 3-18 and were held at 2,089 exam centres across the state. The West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education exam began at 10 am and concluded at 1:15 pm. 

West Bengal Uchch Madhyamik HS Result 2025: When and where to check

The West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE) will declare the Class 12 (HS) exam results on May 7, 2025, at 12:30 PM, and the result will be live at 2 pm.

Last year, 7.9 lakh candidates took the Class 12 examinations. The results were announced on May 8 at wbresults.nic.in. There were 7,55,324 regular candidates who appeared in WBCHSE board examinations. In the results, East Midnapore topped among all the districts and emerged as the best performing district of the state. The overall pass percentage last year was 90 per cent for all the streams combined. Abhik Das from Hooghly secured the top position with an outstanding score of 99.2 per cent.

In 2023, the West Bengal state board results were announced on May 24. The WB HS results were declared in record 57 days, as claimed by WBCHSE officials. The pass percentage was 89.25%.
