The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) on June 6 announced the WBJEE 2024 result. Candidates who appeared in the examination can check their results and download the scorecard through the official website after 4 pm — wbjeeb.nic.in.
A total of 1,12,963 students were declared successful, and WBJEE Board chairman Malayendu Saha announced that Kingshuk Patra from Bankura Zilla School topped the WBJEE exam.
The WBJEE 2024 result was declared at 3 pm on June 6. However, students should note that the scorecards will not be issued at 2 pm. Instead, the link for the scorecards will be made active at 4 pm, and students will be able to access it from the official website — wbjeeb.nic.in.
Students who appeared for the exam will be required to key in their registration number/ roll number and password to check the scorecard. Nearly one lakh candidates appeared for the WBJEE this year. Students wrote papers for enrollment in BTech and BPharm courses at 328 exam centres – including three centres in the northeastern region of the country.

Those who clear the WBJEE 2024 cut-off will be called for counselling. The dates of counselling will be notified by the board soon.
In 2023, the result was declared on May 26, for the exams which were conducted on April 30, and before that, in 2022, the result was declared on June 17, for the exams conducted on April 30.
