UPMSP UP Board Class 10th 12th Result 2024: Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) on Saturday (April 20) announced the UPMSP class 10 and 12 result 2024. The UP Board students can access their marks at the below mentioned websites. Class 10 and 12 students who appeared for the exams can now check the scorecards at the official website - upmsp.edu.in, upresults.nic.in and education.indianexpress.com. This time, the class 12 percentage has increased from 75.52% last year to 82.60% this time. Last year, a total of 58,85,745 candidates registered for the UP Board examinations of which 31,16,487 were Class 10 students and 27,69,258 were Class 12 students. In 2023, the overall pass percentage for class 12 stood at 75.52 per cent, girls secured a pass percentage of 83 per cent, the pass percentage for boys was 69.34 per cent. The board recorded an overall pass percentage of 89.78 per cent for class 10 in 2023. Girls fared better than boys by recording a pass percentage of 93.34 per cent. Priyanshi Soni of Sita Bal Vidya Mandir Inter College, Sitapur topped the exam by scoring 590 marks out of 600. As per reports, this year nearly 4.31 lakh students including 2,08,953 class 10 students and 2,22,618 class 12 students, did not appear for their UP Board exam. The board officials also made surprise visits to the exam centers as a measure to check the instances of cheating and using unfair means. The board asked students to visit school few days after the result declaration to collect their original marksheet.
