UGC NET December session 2024: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the University Grants Commission (UGC) NET December session advanced city slip. Candidates who registered for the examination can check and download the city slip at ugcnet.nta.ac.in. The computer-based test (CBT) exam will be conducted between January 3 and January 16.

The NTA is now displaying the advance intimation for allotment of examination City for UGC NET December 2024. As of now, the city slip has been released for the January 3 exam only.

Candidates have to remember that this is not the admit card for the examination. This is advance information for the allotment of the city where the examination centre will be located, to facilitate the candidates.

The UGC NET subject-wise exam dates are released on the website. The UGC NET December 2024 exam will be conducted in two shifts – the first from 9 am to 12 noon and the second between 3 pm to 6 pm.

The NTA which conducts UGC NET to award Junior Research Fellowship and appoint Assistant professor, for appointment as Assistant Professor and admission to PhD and admission to PhD only will be holding the December 2024 exam for 85 subjects. The exams will be held online.
