In the first year, the overall pass percentage stands at 60.01%, with females candidates outperforming male candidates. Girls achieved a pass percentage of 68.35%, while boys attained 51.50%. This year, the overall pass percentage for vocational stood 63.86 per cent, with female securing 79.28 per cent, and boys securing 47.72 per cent. The overall pass percentage for TS 2nd year general students stood 69.46 per cent, with female securing 75.71 per cent, and boys securing 62.92 per cent. In the Telangana Board exam first year 2024, a total of 50 candidates were booked for malpractice, with 48 from the general course and 2 from the vocational course This year, a total of 981,003 students from both the first year and second year appeared for the Telangana Board exam. The exam was conducted across 1,512 examination centres. Similarly, in the second year, the overall pass percentage for general stood 69.46 per cent, with female securing 75.71 per cent, and boys grabbing 62.92 per cent. This year, the overall pass percentage for the vocational stream is 63.86 per cent, with girls getting 79.28 per cent, and boys securing 47.72 per cent. A total of 3,22,432 students passed second year exams. Recounting and reverification process will begin from April 25 and will continue till May 2. Students will have to pay Rs 600 per subject as the revaluation fee. If the request is found to be correct, a part of this fee will be returned to the students. There was also seen withdrawal of a few students this year. For general a total of 3 students withdrew and for vocational a total of 5 students withdrew.
